Pay: $43.00 - $90.00 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our home health team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping individuals maintain their independence at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
