Paralegal Greater Boston Pay: $60-80K Depending on Experience Our client, a boutique family law firm based in Woburn, MA, is growing steadily and are looking to add a Family Law Paralegal to provide hands-on support with client and case management and help keep the day-to-day operations of the practice running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants meaningful responsibility and visibility into active family law matters. The successful candidate will work closely with the attorneys, communicate directly with clients, and take ownership of keeping cases organized and moving forward. Responsibilities Case management while maintaining regular communication with clients Schedule client intake appointments and coordinate follow-up Respond promptly to new leads and client inquiries Utilize Clio for case management, client information, calendaring, and file organization Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and document deliveries Organize and review discovery and assist with discovery-related case preparation Draft four-way conference memoranda, financial statements, separation agreements, pre-trial memoranda, post-hearing memoranda, and client/court correspondence Assist with trial preparation, including organizing documents, exhibits, and other case materials Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal or Legal Assistant Understanding of family law processes, terminology, and case documentation Comfortable communicating directly with clients and handling sensitive/confidential information Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Able to prioritize and manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Clio or other legal case-management software preferred
