Systems Analyst II

To support a mission-driven healthcare company, the full-time remote Systems Analyst II will translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the organization in client meetings for system implementations. Key responsibilities Translate business requirements into technical requirements and ensure alignment with functional business processes Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to implement or enhance systems, and assist with production support and issue resolution Develop subject matter expertise on integrations and conduct training for team members on relevant knowledge transfers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in an IT-related field Minimum of two years of experience in a business systems analyst role, with knowledge of healthcare industry systems Experience with requirements analysis and interacting with business users to define project scope Strong working knowledge of SQL and database concepts, along with experience analyzing XML or EDI messages Ability to create detailed visual models, including data flow and workflow diagrams, to support requirements
