If you're a skilled Creative Practitioner looking to join a team of Creatives that will allow you to learn & grow at this exciting convergence of artistry and technical skill, please don't stop scrolling. This full-time role on the Creative Team will require you to think, ideate, and generate high-quality art assets using skills such as design thinking, logic, user research, copywriting, and, of course, visual design. Your work will be put out on our ever-growing digital platforms and will be seen on a global scale, helping influence people and communities to up their visual design game.

As a Sadanaut you will:

• Ensure brand and design consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
• Visualize and craft creatives from Marketing briefs for social media, digital marketing, and in-app marketing campaigns
• Ideate with Marketing and Creative teams on campaigns and promotional projects
• Lead and collaborate with 2D/3D design team on high-quality creatives and project plans
• Leverage generative AI and automation tools to accelerate and optimize asset creation
• Apply CI/CD principles to streamline Creative Team processes, including the 3-step design workflow
• Manage cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams for data-driven creative work
• Design office branding solutions in partnership with Procurement, Operations, and external partners
• Lay groundwork (asset collection and composition) for 2D/3D animation projects
• Lead employer branding campaigns in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

What it takes to become a Sadanaut:

• 3 - 5 years in visual design or creative direction (startup/fintech preferred)
• Strong portfolio across social, campaigns, employer branding, and environmental design
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Hands-on experience with generative AI design tools
• Solid understanding of design systems and brand consistency
• Able to brief and collaborate on 2D/3D animation projects
• Cross-functional experience with Marketing, Product, or People teams
• Familiar with iterative/CI-CD creative workflows
• Strong copywriting instincts paired with visual thinking
• Data-informed design sensibility
• Confident presenter and stakeholder communicator
• Able to manage multiple projects without compromising quality or deadlines

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with employer branding or internal communications campaigns
• Exposure to environmental/office branding or wayfinding design
• Basic motion design skills or experience briefing animators
