Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Lead We're hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to provide hands-on leadership and help keep daily warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow their leadership skills. What You'll Do Lead and support warehouse associates throughout the shift Communicate daily priorities and assign workflow Monitor productivity, quality, and order accuracy Ensure safety procedures and proper PPE are followed Verify accurate product handling, labeling, staging, and shipping Assist with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts Train and cross-train warehouse associates Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as certified Identify and report safety, inventory, equipment, or quality concerns Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or distribution experience Lead or supervisory experience preferred Forklift/PIT experience Strong leadership and communication skills Safety-focused with excellent attention to detail Experience with inventory and warehouse processes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in varying warehouse temperatures Why Apply?
