Responsibilities Assisting in providing strategic and operational leadership, guidance, direction, and tactical expertise on food and beverage concepts. Driving hotel profitability through revenue generation, expert cost control, and labor management capabilities. Creating and implementing critical paths for all food and beverage operations. Selecting, training, and developing key leadership personnel within the division and its departments. Overseeing divisional matters related to federal, state, and local employment and civil rights laws. Resolving challenges and opportunities to the satisfaction of all involved parties. Collaborating closely with Sales, Public Relations, and Marketing teams to communicate offerings and innovations. Interacting positively with guests, associates, and the community. Visually monitoring food & beverage quality and service standards throughout the facility and taking corrective action as needed. Developing and supporting the growth of all associates; participating in associate recognition programs and serving the community. Performing additional duties as assigned based on business needs. Qualifications Minimum two years of food and beverage management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Continual learning and mastery of emerging operating systems. Knowledge of food service techniques and cost controls (labor, productivity, food cost, etc.). Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Luxury hotel experience is a plus. Trustworthy with integrity. Passionate about food and beverage operations and providing exceptional service. Open to learning, developing, and growing personally and professionally. Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods during the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift. Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi‑regular basis.
