Registered Nurse, Full-Time Days, 8a-4p, Atlantic Visiting Nurse, Morris & Essex County

Responsibilities Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects and reactions. Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members. Record patient vital signs and medical information. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. BLS certification. Valid Driver’s License. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing. All ASN must complete their BSN studies within five years of their start date. 1 year of experience in Nursing or a relevant area.
