Children's Case Manager — Crisis & Family Support

La Frontera Center Inc. is seeking a Children’s Case Manager at EMPACT in San Tan Valley, AZ. The role focuses on crisis intervention, family support, and coordinating care for children and families in the community. The position requires a BHT-equivalent credential with relevant behavioral health experience, or an education-to-experience combination, plus a valid AZ driver’s license and fingerprint clearance.
