Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapeutic services, including individual, group, couple, or family counseling, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather and interpret essential social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Evaluate and devise treatments for various psychosocial challenges, ensuring they align with the client's needs and best practices in mental health.
\n
• Design and implement programs aimed at addressing clients' social and emotional requirements, promoting overall mental wellness.
\n
• Manage cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, addressing crises and facilitating timely referrals to community support services.
\n
• Build and nurture relationships with clients grounded in mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, which are critical for effective therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Assess the efficacy of provided treatments regularly, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
\n
• Document findings diligently and maintain accurate records compliant with organizational protocols, ensuring all aspects of caseload management are current.

• Responsible for the provision of individualized clinical counseling and maintain an appropriate caseload as required.
\n
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned, contributing to the dynamics of the counseling team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to work with complex behavioral health challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience specializing in behavioral mental health treatment strategies targeting issues such as substance dependency, depression, grief counseling, and familial relationship dynamics is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
