This role provides a tremendous opportunity for a highly motivated individual to support the execution of a key focus within the Air Dominance portfolio. This individual will lead a team of 4-5 analysts to support EACs, Financial Reporting, CDRLs, key pursuits and ad hoc tasking. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite to collaborate cross-functionally across PMO, OPS, SCM, ENG, and QMA as a critical business partner to analyze cost & schedule performance variances, identify performance trends, drive correct actions to closure, and improve predictability of the EAC process. An ideal individual for this role will be a strong communicator with a desire to learn, seek process improvements and efficiency opportunities, and work in a fast-paced environment.Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing proactive business structuring, analysis, insight and guidance to enable tactical and strategic decision making, driving product line business performance to achieve and exceed financial objectives. This role will provide overarching financial governance, cost controls, financial planning and financial change management to the Sustainment Programs.Relocation assistance is being offered, provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.What You Will DoLead a team of 5+ finance professionals across the U.S., responsible for coaching, mentoring, and learningDrive complaint financial management across a portfolio of multiple large contracts.Lead an overall business execution cadence, to include execution to AOP, Long Range planning and quarterly EACsPartner with the Sustainment Director and leadership team driving predictable financial outcomes, growth, and program executionQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experienceExperience interfacing, conducting business, and working collaboratively with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.) in a cross-matrix organization.Experience with Microsoft OfficeThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
