Confidential Employer. Job Description Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation and corporate legal matters. Draft, revise, and organize legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery. Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings. Coordinate document production and maintain case management systems. Conduct legal research and factual investigations. Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties. Assist with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and mediations. Maintain organized records while ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Qualifications 4+ years of paralegal experience. Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred. Experience supporting litigation matters. Strong legal drafting and document management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Experience with legal case management software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff.
