Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address the needs of each patient.

• Assessing clients’ mental health and relational issues to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
\n
• Working with families to address a broad spectrum of challenges including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and difficulties in communication.

• Facilitating group sessions as needed, creating a safe space for patients to share experiences and find community support.

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care that aligns with the overall wellness of each patient.

• Providing crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate support for patients in urgent need.

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, including couples navigating relationship challenges, families experiencing conflict, and individuals seeking counseling for various mental health conditions. Specific issues you will address include adjustment to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, job stress, and mother-daughter conflicts. Qualifications\n
