Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing an array of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring clients receive support across their healthcare journeys.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and remaining updated on the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and families facing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practice.
