Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and well-established team. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial lines experience and a client-focused approach. Responsibilities Manage and service a book of commercial insurance business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality support. Handle a consistent volume of renewals while maintaining strong attention to detail and service standards. Partner with producers to support both new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Maintain accurate account documentation using agency management software. Participate in client meetings as needed to support relationship development and service delivery. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management. Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Experience with agency management software; familiarity with AMS360 is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Client‑focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant industry designations are a plus but not required.
