Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)

Abbott seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its Corporate Human Resources team at Abbott Park headquarters. This long-term contract role supports U.S. recruiting operations, managing interview scheduling, candidate logistics, hiring process coordination, and reporting across multiple business divisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for commercial and engineering positions
- Coordinate high-volume interviews across phone, onsite, and digital formats
- Manage scheduling logistics including invitations, travel, transportation, and lodging
- Process background checks, drug screenings, and candidate reimbursements
- Build weekly, quarterly, and annual recruiting reports and dashboard metrics
Requirements
- Associate's degree in HR, Communications, or related field
- Experience in customer service, HR, or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
