Here's the stuff we need your help with:

• Make and serve smoothies, acai bowls, espresso drinks and other food and beverage items

Handle food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations

• Provide connection with guests and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner

Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using dialing in and other standard measures and recipes

• Enter orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments

Replenish line, beverages and general supplies while maintaining the cleanliness of service area

• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and food knowledge to guide guests through menu

Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils

• Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards

Keep display stocked and rotated.

• Review product in stock and line setup for a successful shift.

Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments

• Greet guests and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Relay relevant concerns from customers to leads or managers

• Serve guests quickly and efficiently, and prevent delays in serving lines

Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately communicates allergens

• Guide guests through menu selection by actively listening and providing Ola's nutritional benefits to guests

Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards

• Serve food and beverage neatly and attractively per standard

Perform other duties as assigned

This position requires early hours, availability on evenings and weekends.
