Associate Building Administrator and District Federal and State Grants Director JobID: 9634 Responsibilities The ideal candidate will assist the Principal in managing, administering and facilitating the daily operations, activities and events of the Cardinal Local school district, as well as serve as the district's Federal & State Grants director. Qualifications Master's degree (M.A.) from an accredited college or university Appropriate State of Ohio Administrative licensure Successful teaching experience in K-12 setting Ohio Teacher Evaluation System (OTES 2.0) certification preferred Possess a general knowledge necessary to facilitate an efficient and effective Federal grants program. Experience in working with Federal grants programs or the capacity to obtain knowledge necessary to direct a program preferred Such alternative to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate Working Conditions The duties will be assigned to a school district administrator or otherwise contracted with a qualified person. Duties will be served on work days assigned for the person's primary administrative position and at other times as responsibilities dictate. The Board of Education shall establish, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, a supplemental payment to be added to the administrator's base salary (or the amount of the contract for services).
