Requirements P&C License, willing to provide licensing assistance Sales experience Proven track record in successful insurance sales. Deep understanding of various insurance products and market trends. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation and closing abilities Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
