Pay Rate: $60/hr - $63/hr

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; rotating days, may include some weekends

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Experience: Minimum 2 years

EMR: CPSI/Evident

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse for a quick-start contract opportunity in Brewster, WA. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader with Med/Surg, Ortho, and Emergency Room experience who can support patient care, supervise nursing staff, and maintain smooth unit operations during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site nursing leadership and supervision during assigned shifts
Support safe, high-quality patient care across the unit
Interpret and apply hospital policies for staff, patients, families, and providers
Delegate tasks appropriately and support team accountability
Assist with conflict resolution, staff mentoring, and daily problem-solving
Serve as a professional role model and support positive team performance

Requirements

Active Washington Registered Nurse License required
Previous Med/Surg, Emergency Room, and Charge Nurse experience required
ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS required
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
Ability to work rotating days, weekends as needed, and holiday coverage
