Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and spiritually grounded Educator to join our Elementary Crew. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to Christian education, have experience teaching students, and inspire students to pursue academic excellence while growing in their relationship with Christ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach subject-specific content (e.g., English, Math, Science, History, Bible) to students in grades K-5.
• Integrate a biblical worldview and Christian principles into all aspects of teaching and classroom management.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and academically challenging learning environment.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and educational standards.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in spiritual life activities, including devotions, chapel, and prayer with students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and parents to support student growth and school community goals.
• Maintain professional communication and actively participate in faculty meetings, training, and school events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a subject-related field.
• Valid teaching credential or certification (or the ability to obtain one).
• Teaching experience.
• A personal and active relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the school’s statement of faith.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with differentiated instruction and integrating technology in the classroom.
• Familiarity with Christian school curricula and standards (e.g., ACSI, ABeka, Bob Jones, or similar).
• Willingness to lead extracurricular activities, clubs, or sports (optional).
