Enjoy a professional and dynamic work environment while making work/life balance a priority.What You Will Do:Prepare individual and business (c-corps, s-corps, partnerships) tax returns. Develop your skills and knowledge to increase complexity and types of returns completedBuild, maintain and enhance client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of each client's business and financesProvide or assist with accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, etc.Identify, research, and resolve tax issuesWhat We Look For:0-3 year of experience preparing a variety of tax returnsUnderstanding of practices, theories, and policies related to taxes and accountingBachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree PreferredEA or CPA desired (or actively working towards licensure)What We Offer:Opportunity for advancement within a rapidly growing professional services firmOngoing informal and formal training and developmentCompetitive compensation401(k) and medical benefitsFirm sponsored continuing educationThe expected salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, which represents a good faith and reasonable estimate. Compensation decisions depend on numerous factors including bona fide qualifications and the facts and circumstances of each case at the time of hiring. Relevant qualifications include, but are not limited to employee education, training, skillset, credentials/certifications, relevant work experience, geographic work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal level and peer equity, and market considerations.Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
