Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and intake evaluations to understand the client’s needs, history, and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Provide individual or group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring a person-centered approach tailored to each client.
\n
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their unique backgrounds and cultural contexts.
\n
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), based on client needs.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings for case reviews, continuing education, and collaborative problem-solving.
\n
• Build and maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in the state of Texas.
\n
• Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health, behavioral health, or related setting.
\n
• Demonstrated cultural competence and respect for the unique backgrounds of clients and their families.
\n
• Ability to manage and work effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
\n
• Capacity for self-reflection and openness to personal growth and healing.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief & loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Experience providing telehealth services and familiarity with digital therapeutic tools.
\n
• Knowledge in working with insurance providers and willingness to be an in-network provider.
\n
• Background in utilizing EHR software, Microsoft Office, and various other digital tools relevant to therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
