Inside Sales Representative Location: Tampa, FL Reports To: Sales Manager Role Summary Are you a relationship builder with a passion for solving problems and delivering results? As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting customers, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth. Working closely with the outside sales and business development teams, you’ll be a key player in building lasting partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by assessing needs, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction. Support sales growth by engaging with existing customers and developing new prospects, while collaborating with outside sales representatives to expand territory opportunities. Identify additional product and service needs to maximize revenue opportunities. Engage in technical discussions with customers to recommend solutions that address their challenges effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, leveraging technology and tools to stay organized and efficient. Contribute to a collaborative team environment, solving problems and sharing insights to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, ideally within the distribution or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of technical sales and the ability to learn and apply industry-specific knowledge quickly. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport. Highly effective organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
