• Flexibility, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse students’ needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Adapt and modify curriculum to ensure accessibility for all learners
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress toward goals
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment to support student growth
• Engage with families to support their children’s educational journey
• Participate in professional development and team meetings
