Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a full-time contract role as a Special Education Case Manager/Teacher working onsite and supporting students for the 2026-2027 school year, beginning in early August and concluding in late May. This position is based near Littleton, CO, and offers a valuable opportunity to collaborate within a supportive educational environment. Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Special Education Teaching Certificate required
• Previous experience or training in a special education teaching or case management role preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate effectively with colleagues and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique needs
• Manage caseloads, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families for student success
• Track and report student progress, adjusting approaches and interventions as necessary
• Directly teach and support students both individually and within small group settings
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
