Recruiter HYBRID POSITION | ONSITE THREE DAYS A WEEK AT JOSTENS' CORPORATE OFFICE (MINNEAPOLIS, MN)ABOUT YOU:The selected candidate will play a critical role in the sourcing, identifying and recruiting of professionals for the corporate location. The role partners with HR & hiring managers to understand recruiting needs based on business objectives and to identify and attract a diverse pool of top talent to Jostens based on knowledge, skills, and abilities. The incumbent maintains effective working relationships with all levels of the company's hiring management, monitors staffing processes to ensure legal compliance, and actively sources, recruits and hires diverse talent to grow the business.JOB PRIORITIES:Full-cycle recruitment, client relationship management, candidate assessment, offer negotiation.Screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews and matching skills with hiring needs.Update applicant tracking system for accurate tracking and maintenance of project assignments.Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategy. Utilize a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through referrals, networking events, cold calling, industry groups, diversity groups, and job boards.Contractor ManagementManage contract recruiting process and be point of contact for agency vendors.OnboardingManage and facilitate entire onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring all legal requirements are completed according to company policies.Partner with hiring managers to ensure best in class experience for all new employees.Workforce Administration SupportCreate and submit all promotion letters, status change formsPrepare and manage offboarding paperwork for exiting employees.YOU HAVE:Bachelors degree and minimum of 3 years recruiting experienceProven ability to utilize technology to maximum effectiveness and efficiency in sourcing candidatesKnowledge and experience with other innovative candidate sourcing techniquesDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships; is approachable and reaches out to others to build positive working relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skillsProven ability to judge talentSelf-directed with a high sense of urgencyStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple priorities and tasks while managing work time efficientlyHigh degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion requiredLOVE WHERE YOU WORK:We care about your health.
