Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, or group therapy, utilizing culturally responsive and evidence-based modalities to address complex emotional issues.

• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and agency standards, ensuring accuracy for all patient interactions and treatment methodologies.

• Participate in regular clinical consultations , trainings, and supervision, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where shared knowledge enhances client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily comprise individuals contending with substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health issues. At The Still Point, we strive to serve marginalized populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant/refugee communities, and low-income individuals. Understanding the unique challenges these groups face will be crucial in fostering effective therapeutic relationships and achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, with an active and unrestricted license.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• 1 to 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health or addiction treatment setting.

• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills, with experience in trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
