About the Role The ideal candidate for this position will have between two and six years' experience and a strong background with executive compensation, health and welfare plans, ERISA, retirement plans, and/or M&A matters. Responsibilities Assume immediate responsibility Provide excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Engage in mentorship and significant practical training, both formal and informal. Work with an impressive list of clients Qualifications Between two and six years' experience in a law Firm environment. JD from a US accredited law school Strong background with executive compensation, health and welfare plans, ERISA, retirement plans, and/or M&A matters. Stong academics Excellent communication skills both oral and written Pay range and compensation package The compensation range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000 excluding bonus and benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
