Sales Representative, Inbound Remote

Description Inside Sales Representative – handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with policyholders, match coverage and convert leads into policyholders. This role requires a strong grasp of Property & Casualty insurance and a persuasive sales approach. Key Dates Unlicensed Class: June 29, 2026 Licensed Class: July 13, 2026 Compensation & Benefits Starting base salary: $45K, commission potential; average first‑year earnings $55K–$75K. Work Arrangements & Schedule Remote work: computer equipment provided; requires dedicated workspace and high‑speed wired internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Minimum schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (example 11 a.m.–8 p.m. CST), expected for 12 months before shift change. Licensing & Training All hires receive 16‑week training if licensed; 18 weeks if unlicensed. All hires must obtain a Property & Casualty license; paid training covers licensing. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and warm leads. Consult with prospects and existing policyholders on insurance needs. Match correct coverages, products, and benefits. Convert sales leads into policyholders. Maintain accurate computer record of activity. Adhere to compliance, ethics, and company standards. Qualifications 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales or service work required. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Proficient typing and PC skills. Must obtain Property & Casualty license after hire. Location Requires residence in Minnesota or Louisiana. Pay Philosophy The starting salary range reflects market value and experience; roles with commission or bonus plans may have variable pay.
