Insurance Defense Paralegal (JN -082026-429121) Atlanta, Georgia Salary: USD70000 - USD85000 per year We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to support a busy litigation team handling a wide range of insurance defense matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases from inception through trial. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in the management of insurance defense litigation matters. Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence. Coordinate and manage document production, record collection, and case files. Prepare discovery responses, medical record summaries, and deposition summaries. Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines. Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Prepare exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks. Manage electronic filing in state and federal courts. Qualifications: Associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience preferred. Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules. Experience handling high-volume caseloads. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, and e-filing platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
