Compliance SpecialistThe Compliance Specialist supports the Director by managing installer account data, tracking compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. This role ensures installer accounts remain up-to-date, compliant, and properly supported.ResponsibilitiesManage installer account data and updates in SalesforceProcess new installer applications and maintain existing accountsTrack COI expirations and ensure compliance requirements are metAssist with audits and communicate documentation needs to installersSupport Salesforce Field Service (user setup, mobile app help, work orders, basic reporting)Help evaluate new installer needs and coordinate approvalsRequirementsAssociate's degree or 4 years related experience1–2 years customer-facing experience; data analytics preferredExperience with Salesforce or similar systems preferredStrong communication, organization, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and work with all levels of staffProficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and reporting toolsValid driver's licenseSchedule: Full timePay Range: $20-$21/hour
