Job Full Description

Specialist. The Compliance Specialist supports the Director by managing installer account data, tracking compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. This role ensures installer accounts remain up-to-date, compliant, and properly supported.

Responsibilities

Manage installer account data and updates in Salesforce
Process new installer applications and maintain existing accounts
Track COI expirations and ensure compliance requirements are met
Assist with audits and communicate documentation needs to installers
Support Salesforce Field Service (user setup, mobile app help, work orders, basic reporting)
Help evaluate new installer needs and coordinate approvals

Requirements

Associate's degree or 4 years related experience
1-2 years customer-facing experience; data analytics preferred
Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with all levels of staff
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
Valid driver's license

Schedule: Full time

Pay Range: $20-$21/hour
