Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven  Assistant General Manager to help lead our high-volume restaurant in  The Colony, TX .

As the AGM, you'll partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, develop leaders, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and build a culture where both our team members and guests love to be. What You'll Do

• Assist the General Manager in leading all daily restaurant operations.

• Coach, mentor, and develop managers and hourly team members to achieve their full potential.

• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and service recovery.

• Drive sales, profitability, labor management, food cost, and controllable expenses.

• Maintain excellence in food quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.

• Help recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.

• Lead shifts with confidence while creating an energetic, accountable, and positive culture.

• Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to improve results.

• Support inventory management, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.

• Step into the General Manager role when needed and lead with confidence.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience , preferably in a high-volume, full-service environment.

• Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.

• Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, P&L performance, and operational metrics.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in casual dining or sports bar concepts.

• Experience leading multiple managers and large hourly teams.
