Territory Manager, Neuro - Oregon

BIOTRONIK Neuro is redefining relief for patients experiencing chronic pain by creating a connected spinal cord stimulation therapy management system that moves beyond implantation to truly meet the needs of patients and providers. Your Responsibilities Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service BIOTRONIK products and offerings to existing and competitive customers. Support patients throughout the educational and clinical process for spinal cord stimulation therapy. Provide support and technical assistance during the use of BIOTRONIK products during procedures. Develop and implement quarterly sales plans and business reviews to achieve sales goals and objectives while maintaining forward‑thinking strategies to protect market position. Act as a subject‑matter expert on BIOTRONIK products and platforms, adapting to changes in the clinical and competitive landscape. Build relationships with key stakeholders (physicians, hospital administrators, Allied Healthcare Professionals, etc.) to identify opportunities to promote BIOTRONIK products and services. Complete administrative reporting (expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, inventory logs). Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, market changes, distribution, pricing, and customer preferences. Manage time and company resources effectively to control expenses and assets. Utilize sales collateral and support tools to meet promotional and territorial needs. Train and educate customers on the availability and use of BIOTRONIK’s product portfolio. Maintain fiscal responsibility for assigned BIOTRONIK assets, including inventory and capital equipment. Your Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Physiology, Biology, Bio‑Engineering, Business, or an equivalent degree; alternatively, 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. At least 2 years of medical device or biotechnology experience required. At least 1 year of interventional pain/spine sales experience preferred. Experience in neuromodulation within the pain management market preferred. Proven experience implementing and leading regional projects. History of region, area, or national sales awards preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Competent leadership and interpersonal skills to work within a diverse, inclusive team. Ability to build strong working relationships with external customers. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Experience with direct quota attainment and performance metrics. Solid knowledge of the implantable medical device market. Ability to interact with patients. Experience making multiple referral calls daily. Basic computer skills with proficiency in Windows, and ability to learn new platforms such as Salesforce and Smartsheets. Willingness and ability to comply with health and administrative credentialing demands. Compliance with FDA regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, and compliance training. Schedule flexibility for business and clinical field responsibilities, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in a geographically diverse business environment. Physical Demands Frequently move up to 40 lb from floor to chair/table and between surfaces. Constantly operate a computer, mobile device, and other office‑productivity equipment. Frequent bending, squatting, and balance activities. Employee is regularly required to be independently mobile. Constant interaction with computers and communication with peers, co‑workers, healthcare providers, and patients. Visual examination of anatomical structures via radiographic imaging. Adherence to medical‑facility mandated PPE requirements due to environmental exposures. Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day, and up to 4 hours continuously. Travel Requirements Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy required. Travel within assigned territory >80 % of the time. Travel outside of territory Frequent 24‑hour, 7‑day a‑week on‑call coverage (including holidays and weekends). Availability to work and/or travel weekends and evenings.
