Position Details This is a full‑time position with total compensation ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 or more, depending on performance and bonus earnings, plus a signing bonus. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Candidates should be organized and comfortable using Microsoft Office and be adaptable to our case management software. Strong advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proactive, client‑focused approach. Your Role and Responsibilities The associate attorney will manage personal injury cases from start to finish, including reviewing medical records, handling subrogation issues and drafting demand packages. The role involves maintaining consistent and effective communication with clients and insurance adjusters to move cases forward. Additionally, the attorney will negotiate settlements.
