Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, providing care in a fast-paced environment.Holiday RequirementTravelers will be expected to work 2 of the following 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.If the contract covers only 2 of these holidays, the traveler will be expected to work 1 of the 2 holidays.Only 1 holiday off request is permitted.Schedule RequirementsNight shift comprising 3 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.Weekends as needed, likely every other week.Screening ProcessCandidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to assess clinical fit.If the clinical screening is passed and complies with guidelines, the candidate will be referred to management for a final decision.Manager interviews will be conducted as part of the selection process.Minimum ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.CertificationsACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is mandatory.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is essential.Shift DetailsTravelers will receive 1 day of orientation before beginning assignments.Flexible availability for assignments is expected.Patient CareRoles may include caring for stable post-operative open heart surgery patients, patients requiring peritoneal dialysis, and individuals with cardiac diseases and strokes.Responsibility includes rehabilitation care and joint replacement patient management.Potential to care for COVID-19 patients may be required.Facility StandardsThe facility is tobacco and fragrance-free.Client Details State PA
