Join our team where we are currently seeking passionate individuals for the role of Registered Nurse in our Medical Surgical Step-Down Unit (SDU). This is a Full-Time position, operating during Nights, with 36 hours per week.

About Us: Our Medical Surgical Step-Down Unit (SDU) is a dynamic 13-bed unit committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4, our team ensures each patient receives personalized attention and support throughout their journey to recovery. Patients on our unit may present with a variety of conditions including respiratory failure with BiPAP, sepsis management, severe electrolyte imbalances, and post-surgery management of thoracotomies/VATS, wedge resections, vascular procedures, and more.

Job Description: As a Registered Nurse in our SDU, you will be scheduled to work 3 -12-hour night shifts (36 hours/week, considered full time) with start/end times of 7:00PM-7:30AM, including holiday and weekend rotations. An Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) is required, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Within 6 months of hire, you must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Don't worry we provide training and time to acquire certification after employment.

Requirements:

• Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Within 6 months of hire: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
