• End Date/Duration: Permanent position
• Shift: Approximately 12 shifts per month, including 12-hour and 24-hour shifts (some on-call from home)
• Hours/week: Varies, typically 36-40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
• License/Certs: State of Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license, Neonatal NP certification preferred
• Experience: Prior neonatal/PICU experience preferred, new fellows encouraged to apply

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver high-quality neonatal care across four Level II NICUs
• Perform neonatal assessments, provide treatments, and manage patient care in collaboration with the care team
• Support the newborns and their families during their hospital stay
• Participate in on-site and remote coverage shifts, including 24-hour in-house and on-call duties
• Cover neonatal nursery duties at Lakeside as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital and licensing standards
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record system

What You Need

• Valid Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license and Neonatal NP certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year neonatal or related experience (new fellows encouraged to apply)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Residency within Oklahoma City metro area (relocation may be required)
