Director, ADAS User Experience Product - Autonomous Vehicles

Position Overview NVIDIA is searching for engineers to develop and bring NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle solutions to market by integrating work from multi‑functional engineering teams into our autonomous driving platform. What You'll Be Doing Plan and maintain a detailed product roadmap; coordinate the end‑to‑end product design process for automotive‑related products. Define metrics and measurements to assess product performance and shape the user experience daily. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Deliver the world‑class ADAS product with the team. What We Need To See Experience in ADAS. 15+ years overall experience in product management, with 8+ years managing a team and 7+ years overall proven experience, preferably within the automotive industry or related fields. Experience delivering high‑level L2++ ADAS to production from scratch, and familiarity with autonomous technologies, software development processes, and infrastructure management. Strong ownership, problem‑solving from the user perspective, and a passion for user experience. Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Leading consumer product planning and delivery. Proactive approach to product development, including hands‑on driving, testing, and shaping the product experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven ability to lead, coach, and foster growth of team members. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication in English. Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd Demonstrated expertise in automotive technologies or experience working on automotive‑related projects. Proven track record of innovative thinking and problem‑solving in product design and development. Experience leading multi‑functional teams or projects that have resulted in successful product launches. Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and delivery of exceptional user experiences. Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
