Telecommunications Analyst
Enterprise Solutions, Inc.
7+ years of telecommunications or IT infrastructure experience. Hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager, VoIP, Cisco Jabber, and Cisco Finesse. Knowledge of SIP trunking, voice gateways, call routing, and network troubleshooting. Experience with telecom cabling, analog systems, and access control integration. Strong problem-solving, communication, and vendor coordination skills. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field, or equivalent experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
