Goodale Family Dental is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant/Receptionist to support both clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist our Office Manager with front desk duties while collaborating with the dental team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. We welcome motivated candidates eager to learn and grow with us.
Located in Peekskill, NY, our family dental practice is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered oral healthcare in a friendly and organized environment. Our team values compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement as we serve our diverse community.
Pay
$19~$21 per hour

Requirements
- Dentrix
Previous experience in dental reception or medical office preferred
Basic knowledge of receptionist duties and patient scheduling
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply to improve patient communication
Job Description
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures
Schedule appointments efficiently and manage patient flow
Verify insurance benefits and handle claims processing
Answer patient calls professionally and respond to inquiries
Assist clinical staff with operatory setup, sterilization, and maintaining inventory
Support dental procedures by chairside assisting the dentist as needed
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation
Benefits
Jobley Bonus: $45 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
