Behavioral Therapist/ RBT-Lincolnwood

Job Summary We are seeking a ABA/ RBTs to join our team! We are a small agency located in Lincoln Park that primarily serves families with state funded insurance (e.g. Medicaid). We are seeking RBTs for in-home client for 15-18 hours per week. ABA therapists will be responsible for implementing behavior analytic procedures designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Positions are part-time and based in a residential home with two kiddso with ASD. Staff will be responsible for implementing one-on-one ABA therapy or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. Use Central Reach Essentials for data and daily note collection Provide individual support to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder Use evidence-based treatment methods prescribed by the BCBA to facilitate group and individual treatment Assist with teaching Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills such as toilet training, dressing, eating, functional communication, and behavior reduction.
