Verse Medical is building the modern software infrastructure to make it happen. Within Your First Year, You Will Have The Opportunity To:

• Contact healthcare facilities to coordinate collection of medical records and signatures

• Train and educate clinician users on the importance of timely document completion

• Use our automated task system to track work queues - you'll be asked to suggest and implement system improvements

The Skills And Experience You'll Leverage

Core Skills & Experience:

• At least 1-2 years work experience in a Customer Service or healthcare Care Coordination role

• Great verbal and communication skills

• Excellent written communication skills

• High level of organization

• High attention to detail

• Great cross-team collaboration skills
