Overview McDonald’s Franchise is hiring a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations, ensuring a fast, friendly, and high‑quality customer experience. Responsibilities Lead daily shift operations and coach crew to achieve quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Plan shift schedules, manage inventory, and monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate shift progress to the next Shift Manager and support department goal achievement. Qualifications 18 years or older, positive team player with flexible schedule. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills. Benefits Competitive pay $16+ per hour. 15‑25 days paid vacation. Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
