Healthcare Account Manager

Client Relationship Manager

Build and enhance relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and continuous account development/growth. Identify and cultivate new customer relationships within existing accounts. Regularly meet with healthcare management clients to understand their business needs and educate them on our services and solutions. Create a strategic sales plan for assigned client accounts, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring ongoing account growth. Act as a customer advocate, staying informed about trends within healthcare and commercial payer organizations. Regularly connect with existing consultants to maintain and enhance their performance.

Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in clinical staffing. Comprehensive understanding of payer organizations. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in consultative sales and managing client relationships. Proficiency in MS Office and web-based technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.). Willingness to travel as needed to develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
