CT Technologist - Radiology

CT Technologist performs computerized axial tomography procedures using various imaging equipment and contrast materials, adhering to departmental protocols. They prepare and administer contrast media, review patient history and labs, and perform multiplanar reformats and 3D imaging independently. Responsibilities include recognizing adverse reactions, ensuring patient and environmental safety, and maintaining imaging equipment and supplies. They may assist in instructing students and new staff, and perform duties of other modalities if licensed. The role requires at least 1+ years of radiology experience, an associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology, and appropriate licenses/certifications such as BLS, radiologic technologist license, and ARRT or equivalent registration in radiography and CT. Skills include technical proficiency, independent judgment, ability to coordinate multiple tasks, and a positive attitude.
