Compensation & Growth

• Associate Attorney (5+ Years Experience): $200,000 – $230,000

• Bonus Program: Performance-based incentives.

The Role: Impact from Day One

We are looking for "special" attorneys—advocates who prefer the heat of a courtroom to polite negotiations with opposing counsel.

• Total Case Ownership: Manage matters from inception through verdict.

• High-Level Advocacy: Conduct depositions, mediations, and mandatory settlement conferences.

• Strategic Drafting: Craft pleadings, motions, and trial briefs designed to win.

• Collaboration: Participate in weekly firm-wide strategy sessions (catered) to sharpen our collective approach.

Skills & Requirements

• The Trial Mindset: A genuine desire to be a trial lawyer, not just a researcher.

• Critical Thinking: The ability to find the "uncommon" angle in complex litigation.

• Personable Presence: You must be at ease with high-net-worth clients and persuasive in front of a jury.

• Tech Savvy: We are a 100% Apple environment (Macs, iPhones) using Clio and LexisNexis.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 Per Year
