Part-time, 15 to 20 hrs/week, in-person required in San Mateo, CA . Option to convert to full-time. About us We're an AI startup helping consumer apps grow with short-form content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Small team, fast pace, real customers. You'll work directly with the founder (bootstrapped apps to millions of users and done 100M+ views on organic content). What you'll do Set up and manage phones and social accounts for content posting Analyze and suggest content types with help from the founder Publish and schedule short-form content across TikTok, IG, and Shorts Monitor account and campaign performance and flag what's working Help manage customer campaigns from brief to posted content Respond to customers and keep them updated on results What we're looking for You're on TikTok and Instagram daily and understand what makes content perform Organized and reliable, you can run repeatable processes without dropping details Comfortable talking to customers over text and email Experience running social accounts for a brand, creator, or small business Learn how an early-stage AI startup actually grows, from the inside Hands-on experience in content strategy, paid ads, and growth marketing Direct mentorship from a founder who has built to $1M ARR before Real ownership fast, your work directly drives customer results Clear path to a full-time role with more responsibility as we grow #J-18808-Ljbffr Constella
