Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate care by connecting clients with community resources and other healthcare providers, ensuring seamless access to necessary services.

• Deliver focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions as appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – 85,000 per year.
