This role is responsible for winding coils, handling materials, following production specifications, and ensuring accuracy in measurements, counts, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, reading basic measurements, and performing shop math such as converting percentages, fractions, decimals, and measurements . This position requires strong attention to detail, good hand coordination, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Responsibilities WIND coils and handle materials in a fast-paced production environment according to production specifications. Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accuracy in measurements, counts, and quality standards. Maintain attention to detail and quality in all winding and assembly activities. Assist with material handling and orderly workspace organization as required. Qualifications Comfortable working with numbers and basic measurements. Ability to perform shop math (percentages, fractions, decimals, and measurements). Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
